USER AGREEMENT
The User Agreement governing the general terms of use, rules and legal responsibilities applicable to this website and mobile application is recommended to be read before using sunpieces.com. If the stated terms are not suitable for you, please do not use sunpieces.com. By using the site and completing any form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms set out on these pages.
Sun Pieces reserves the right to modify, reorganise or discontinue any services, products, terms of use or information available on the site or mobile application at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published. Sun Pieces recommends that users visit the legal notice page each time they access the site. These terms also apply to any other web pages linked from this site.
1. Usage and Privacy Rules
Usage and Privacy Rules are open to all members of sunpieces.com. Services provided on the site are free of charge unless otherwise stated. In the following cases, site management may restrict a member's access and reserves all legal rights against individuals involved in such conduct:
1.a. Submitting false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information, content contrary to general moral standards, or information conflicting with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Copying any part or all of the site's content without permission.
1.c. The User is solely responsible for any damage arising from sharing their assigned or self-determined username, password or account rights with third parties. Users may not use another person's personal data such as IP address, email address or username, and may not access or use other users' private information without authorisation. The User is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liability arising from such use.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site or mobile application, disrupts their operation, or involves the unauthorised acquisition, deletion or modification of data.
2. Content Usage
2.a. Sun Pieces is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the general appearance, design and all materials on this website — including all information, images, the Sun Pieces brand, the sunpieces.com domain name, logos, icons, technical data, software, sales systems, business methods and business models — all of which are legally protected. No material on this site may be modified, copied, reproduced, translated, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, presented or distributed without prior authorisation and proper attribution. No part of this site or mobile application may be used on another website without permission. Violations will result in legal and criminal liability. All rights not expressly stated herein are reserved by Sun Pieces.
2.b. All feedback submitted to sunpieces.com becomes the property of Sun Pieces and may be used for marketing purposes at Sun Pieces' discretion.
3. Responsibilities
3.a. Information about users visiting sunpieces.com (such as visit duration, time and pages viewed) is tracked in order to provide better service. This information is shared with partner companies for advertising and content improvement purposes, subject to our privacy terms. The aim is to enhance the user experience and develop sunpieces.com.
3.b. Users may not take actions that prevent or hinder other users and visitors from accessing sunpieces.com, and may not load automated programmes that strain or lock the servers or databases. Users may not engage in fraudulent activity. Any such conduct will result in membership termination, and the user accepts full legal and criminal liability.
3.c. It is the user's responsibility to back up any messages sent through sunpieces.com, as recommended by Sun Pieces. Sun Pieces cannot be held responsible for the loss, deletion or damage of messages due to failure to do so.
3.d. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the user through sunpieces.com. A user who terminates their membership will lose access to the site. The user acknowledges that this action is irreversible. The decision to delete or retain any data associated with a terminated account rests solely with Sun Pieces. The user may not claim any rights or compensation regarding deleted records.
3.e. This website and mobile application may contain links or references to other websites not under Sun Pieces' control. Sun Pieces is not responsible for the content of those sites or any links they may contain.
3.f. Sun Pieces has the right to contact users via letter, email, SMS and other means using the contact information provided or subsequently updated in the registration form, for communication, marketing, notification and other purposes. By accepting this Agreement, the user consents to such communications unless they provide a written objection.
3.g. Certain sections of the site may have their own specific rules and obligations. Anyone using those sections is deemed to have accepted those rules in advance.
3.h. To read about the measures we take to protect your personal information and privacy, and our general policy on this matter, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" section. From the moment the user begins using the service, they are deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement. The user agrees to compensate Sun Pieces in full for any damages arising from a breach of the obligations set out in this Agreement. Sun Pieces reserves the right of recourse against the user for any compensation or administrative/judicial fines it may be required to pay to public authorities or third parties due to the user's breach.
4. Service Continuity
4.a. To ensure the continuity of its services, Sun Pieces may make unilateral changes to this Agreement without prior notice. Sun Pieces reserves the right at any time and without providing any reason to permanently or temporarily suspend, modify or cancel any service. The user accepts this right. In the event of any change, Sun Pieces will publish the updated terms under the same link with a new date, and will notify users by email where deemed necessary. Updated terms take effect upon publication on sunpieces.com, and continued use of the site from that point is subject to the updated terms. Sun Pieces may unilaterally terminate the membership of any user who submits content that violates these terms, without prior notice.
4.b. Entry into Force: The user is deemed to have committed to complying with the sunpieces.com agreement from the moment they complete and submit the registration form, or use any service or place any order through the system. The Agreement will automatically become void upon termination of membership or upon the occurrence of any termination event specified herein, without the need for any notice.
5. Privacy Policy
Sunpieces.com collects certain personal information (such as name, age and email) during the registration process in order to provide better service. This data is used within sunpieces.com for campaign activities and personalised promotional communications. In addition to personal information, statistical data relating to your activity on the site or mobile application is analysed and stored by sunpieces.com.
Sun Pieces does not share information collected through membership forms with third parties without the member's knowledge or contrary instruction, and does not use or sell such information for commercial purposes unrelated to its activities.
Sunpieces.com uses Google Analytics' Remarketing and Demographics & Interests Reporting features. You may opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customise your Google Display Network ads through your ad settings. Demographic information provided by Google Analytics is used to tailor sunpieces.com and its advertising to users' interests. This information may be shared with advertising publishers alongside data from other users for audience segmentation purposes. By accepting this Privacy Agreement, you consent to your information being shared with advertising publishers for advertising and promotional purposes. This information does not include any personally identifiable data (such as name, surname, national ID, gender or age) and is used solely to analyse group user trends and segment target audiences.
Third-party providers, including Google, will display sunpieces.com advertisements in banner spaces on publisher sites across the internet. First-party and third-party cookies are used by sunpieces.com and third-party providers, including Google, to collect advertising-related information, optimise and serve ads based on users' past visits to sunpieces.com and its mobile application.
Customer information will only be disclosed to official authorities where required by law or mandatory legal provisions.
Credit card details entered on the payment page are never stored on sunpieces.com's servers or those of its service providers, in order to ensure the highest level of security for our customers. All payment transactions are processed directly between your bank and your computer or phone via the sunpieces.com interface.

You can easily unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the "If you do not wish to receive campaign announcements, please click here" link at the bottom of emails sent from sunpieces.com, or by leaving the "I would like to receive promotional emails" option unchecked in the "Update Membership Information" section under "My Account" on the site.
