Delivery
Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via Sürat Kargo.
Your order will be delivered to your registered address within 3–5 business days. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
The recipient is responsible for any packages that are not collected.
We ship internationally. VAT and customs duties are not collected at checkout. For international orders, any taxes, import duties, or additional fees required by your country's customs regulations are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Return Policy
14-day return window: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the return conditions to be eligible.

Items must be unused and undamaged.

All included accessories and cards must be returned along with the item.

Items with removed or detached tags cannot be returned.

Certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. These will be indicated on the product page and in any notice sent to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For international orders, any customs duties, VAT or additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return received confirmation: Once your return reaches us, you will be notified by email.
Refunds: If the returned items meet the return conditions, Sun Pieces will process the refund to your bank within 4–5 business days. You can follow up on the remaining process directly with your bank.
Custom and personalised orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
