The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days of its conclusion, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty (except for contracts relating to the product group for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, as set out in Article 17.3 below).

The purchased products may be sent by the Buyer's preferred courier company, with shipping costs prepaid by the sender, to the registered address: Suadiye Mahallesi Hamiyet Yüceses Sokak No:15 D:5 Kadıköy İstanbul.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the courier), takes physical possession of the goods — or, in the case of a single order delivered in separate shipments, fourteen (14) days after the last item is received.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Sun Pieces of their decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires, either in writing or through other means available on the website. The Customer may contact Sun Pieces by emailing hello@sunpieces.com or by sending a written notice to: Suadiye Mahallesi Hamiyet Yüceses Sokak No:15 D:5 Kadıköy İstanbul, Turkey. The Customer may also use the sample withdrawal form attached to these Terms, although this is not mandatory.

It is sufficient for the Customer to send notification of their intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return of the product may be made by cargo within ten (10) days of the withdrawal notification date, in accordance with Article 17.3 of this Agreement.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date Sun Pieces receives notification of the withdrawal.

Following delivery of your order: if you choose to return the item using your own courier company when exercising your legal or contractual right of withdrawal, you will bear full responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during transit, where this is not caused by Sun Pieces. Sun Pieces will not be held liable for returns made in this manner.

Additionally, please note that when using the return option provided by Sun Pieces, you are responsible for the contents of the return package. If there is an error in the contents of the return package that is not attributable to Sun Pieces, the package will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the associated costs.

In any case, nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal

Sun Pieces will issue the refund using the same payment method the Customer used for the original purchase. In no event will the Customer incur any additional charges as a result of such a refund. The Customer must return the products to Sun Pieces without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of the withdrawal notification. The Customer must return or hand back the products before this fourteen (14) day period expires. The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts relating to the delivery of any of the following:

1. Goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

2. Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables supplied on a physical medium, where the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery.

3. Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery, where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, etc.).

Following delivery, the Customer may handle and inspect the products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Reasonable handling of this kind is an acceptable process, equivalent to what would be permitted in a physical store. If the Customer's inspection goes beyond what is reasonably acceptable and the products are damaged or their value is reduced, Sun Pieces may deduct the difference from the refund issued upon withdrawal, or the Customer may be required to pay Sun Pieces an amount equivalent to the reduction in value.

The Customer must return the products to Sun Pieces together with their original packaging, instructions and any other accompanying documents. In all cases, the Customer must include the invoice received at the time of delivery, or the relevant document required under e-invoice/e-archive regulations, when returning the product.

When the Customer receives their order, a summary of how the right of withdrawal may be exercised will be shared with the Customer.

Returns by cargo

After inspecting the returned products, Sun Pieces will inform the Customer as to whether they are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made when the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the statutory period and all items forming the relevant order have been returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in all cases within fourteen (14) days of the date on which Sun Pieces was notified of the intention to withdraw. Refunds are always made using the payment method used for the original purchase.

The Customer bears the risks of returning the products in the manner described above.
