The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09.00-18.00 on business days.
The delivery fee for the products you have purchased from Sunpieces.com is provided at the time of purchase. You do not need to pay again when your product reaches you.
The delivery of the products you have purchased from Sunpieces.com is made through our contracted cargo company.
Our distribution network is limited to the distribution network of the cargo companies we have agreements with.
The estimated arrival time for your orders at the address you specify is 2-3 business days within Istanbul and 3-5 business days outside Istanbul. If you cannot be at your address on the day of arrival, the cargo company leaves a notice at your door and your shipment is delivered to the distribution office of the cargo company. Your shipments that are not received from the distribution office within 3 business days are returned to the Sunpieces.com warehouse. For your products that have arrived in the warehouse, you can be contacted and re-shipped on your behalf after the necessary arrangements are made.
When the cargo is delivered to you, if there is any crushing, deformation, wetness or anything that may damage the product, please open the parcel with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to the products, do not accept the products and ask the cargo officer to keep a report. The recorded products will be delivered to Sunpieces.com by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged by us. You can contact us for any kind of support.
If your order has not been delivered to cargo, you can submit your request via e-mail (hello@sunpieces.com). After your order cancellation request is approved, if the payment for your order has been taken from your credit card, a refund will be made to your card. Repayments vary depending on the bank's internal processes. We kindly ask you to follow up these situations through your bank.
Our basic principle is that you are happy with your shopping from Sunpieces.com. If you want to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.
I. You can send back your products, which have not exceeded 7 days from the delivery date, the product package has not been opened, the labels have not been removed and have not been used, and the resaleability feature is intact, with all their accessories to the address given below.
The buyer can send the return cargo in any way he wishes. Return cargo is the responsibility of the sender.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with payment. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible so that they do not deteriorate when they reach you, and if you think they are not suitable, you send them back as stated above.
